I Love Apple Cider

I feel like I have an abnormally strong attachment to apple cider. Sometimes it's important to celebrate the little things in life that bring you joy, and one of those things for me is a cold glass of apple cider.

I grew up in a town with a lot of apple orchards. A local farm stand sold unpasteurized apple cider every fall. I drank a lot of it. Now that I live on the other side of the country I miss the apple cider from my hometown.

Someday I'd like to grow my own apples and press my own apple cider.
