My 2019 Climbing Goals
I watched an interesting video by Dave MacLeod called "How to train for bouldering" that mentioned defining climbing goals, so I'm taking this opportunity to write mine down.
I watched an interesting video by Dave MacLeod called "How to train for bouldering" that mentioned defining climbing goals, so I'm taking this opportunity to write mine down.
- Improve my open hand strength, and my three finger drag strength
- Do an outdoor V4 (I did an outdoor V2 last weekend!)
- Find some good outdoor California climbing spots
- Do an outdoor crack climb on trad
Yeah, that's it! I'm having fun climbing, but I want to improve my weaknesses, which are open hand holds and crack climbing. I always want to do more outdoor stuff because it's so much fun!
