It's really just a basic grilled sandwich because basic recipes are quick and easy recipes and quick and easy recipes are the only kind I have patience for. Our list of ingredients always end up being a list of the options, usually we don't have all of the ingredients at the house or forget to get one at the store.
Ingredients
- Sliced Bread
- Tempeh (+1 for Fakin Bacon flavor)
- Lettuce slices
- Tomato slices
- Avocado
- Onion
- BBQ sauce
- Spicy Ketchup
- Wasabi
- Mustard
- Salt, Pepper, Cumin
Steps
- Pan fry the tempeh in a little bit of oil, toast the bread.
- Clean and slice your veggies.
- You can pan fry the onion if you want too.
- Season the onion and tomato with a little bit of salt, pepper, and cumin.
- Assemble!!!
